BOOSTER’S CLUB 2011-2012

To all new and returning East Nicolaus Parents,

As President of this year’s Booster’s Club, I would like to welcome you to another fantastic Spartan school year! You may not realize that the Booster’s Club is responsible for many of the events that make East Nicolaus so great. Some of the events include the: Academic & Sports Banquets, Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, selling Spirit Wear, Honor Roll Ice Cream Social and fundraisers, just to name a few. None of these activities would be possible without the help of many generous volunteers.

Our first event of the year will be the Nicolaus Labor Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 5th. It’s a lot of fun and also a big fundraiser for all four of our local area schools, but it takes volunteers to make it a success. This year the Booster’s Club is responsible for the Parade Lunch and we need 15-20 helpers to make it work. If you would like to volunteer or donate supplies please call or e-mail me. I, along with the other officers, would like to invite you to our first Booster’s Club meeting on Mon., Aug. 22nd at 7:00 pm. in the library. You will meet other parents who are as dedicated as you to making their children’s High School experience the best it can be. If you have any questions please feel free to call me or e-mail me.
